Siv Jensens Horoscope
Siv Jensens Horoskop

Siv Jensen - Fremskrittspartiet (FrP)

Siv Jensen is the charismatic leader of the Norwegian Progress Party (FrP).  She became leader of the party when Carl I Hagen - the long-standing central figure of the FrP - stepped down to become Vice President of the Norwegian parliament.  Thoughts that the party may lose support were unfounded and under Siv Jensen?s leadership the party got more popular support than hitherto.

Siv Jensen

She was born on 1 June 1969 in Oslo, but the time of birth is currently unknown unfortunately (the map is shown for noon).  Her Sun is in mercurial Gemini but her Moon changes zodiac sign at 10.06pm.  The Moon commences in adventurous Sagittarius and concludes for a couple of hours in conservative and status-aware Capricorn.  The vast preponderance of planets are in the Mutable signs, and this allows flexibility and a difficulty in pinning down.

Without a birthtime, then some of the highlights and depths of the horoscope will be overly simplified, but Looking at the heavenly bodies in the zodiac signs, the following temperament is suggested.

The Sun is in Gemini, so in character she is versatile, lively and inquiring.  She likes variety - and lives in the present, not the past.   There may be a tendency to be rather erratic and finds that she must communicate ideas with others - and astrologically there could be a negative side which can sometimes being two-faced (but that is often a requirement of a pragmatic politician!).  As far as her motivations in life are concerned, she needs to be constantly amused and diverted by new experiences - otherwise she may tend to get bored.   Siv has a desire to constantly search out new knowledge.  Now this is an highly emphasized solar position inasmuch as it is opposed by combative Mars - and she is a vigorous opponent to deal with.  The red planet lies in Sagittarius, implying that the life-force is enthusiastic but may come in fits and starts!  There is a great appetite for new ventures, but perhaps getting bored with them halfway through.  Overall, she actively seeks freedom from constraint and will fight to maintain her independence.  She is capable of wounding remarks and can be very argumentative when roused - but on the whole, she is rather honourable.

The next important influence is the Moon which refers to her emotional disposition - and lies in either Sagittarius or Capricorn depending on the actual time of birth.  If in Sagittarius it would make Siv a restless person, constantly optimistic and inquiring, who likes to say Yes to life and cannot resist a challenge.  She loves looking around corners or over the horizon.  She can change her mind frequently, fitting a small problem into a larger set of values;  remaining decent, fair-minded and outspoken;  yet independent in outlook and in response to life. She should love the idea of travel, meeting new people and expanding on the scope of her interests.  But if in Capricorn, then her emotional disposition would bring out a more reserved and cautious person who will delay in reacting to a new development - especially as her Moon would trine controlling and self-protective Saturn.   She would be quite shrewd and canny, learning from experience.  Sahe would sometimes be timid and feel inadequate in strange surroundings - indicating that she wouldn?t be so emotionally pushy or boisterous.  The Capricorn influence could  accept advice proffered by older people and believe in an ordered society - wanting to hold the reins of power (and sometimes she would not always help being influenced by snobbery).

The closest planet to the Sun is Mercury, which symbolises the mind.  It lies in Gemini, and it follows that she has a very agile mind, alert and tricky, skating on the surface of ideas.  Siv is brilliant at picking up a smattering of knowledge, but perhaps less able at synthesising ideas into an overall philosophy.  This is an inventive mind which is often put to best use by wriggling out of difficulties!  With this combination, there can be a tendency to be extremely verbose - but don't listen to what's being said! You gesticulate rather a lot and tend to be witty and good at repartee.

The following planet, Venus, refers to your capacity to give and receive love. It lies in Aries, which means that you are a warm-hearted person although you can be a bit boisterous and want to make friends - quickly! You like people who are extrovert and self-sufficient. However, you can sometimes be rather unaware of other people's finer feelings. You love beauty - the wild countryside, bright colours, sunny climates - even pieces of machinery can be a thing of beauty to you! Your ideal day would be to be playing some kind of sport, meeting new people and starting something fresh.  This is the only planet in Cardinal signs (excluding the Moon) and as such raises its importance in her life.  She would lead with her heart.
The next two pairs are, like Venus and Mars, opposite ends of the spectrum: optimistic Jupiter and depressive Saturn. In your horoscope Jupiter lies in Virgo, and symbolising the ability to expand life into new areas.  Her optimism is constantly curtailed by doubts. There may be a belief that success will only come if every detail is attended to.  While not notably adventurous on her own, she will feel happier in the company of other adventurers.

The other planet of this duo, Saturn, lies in Taurus, so it follows that her sense of responsibility falls on broad shoulders and she doesn't mind hard work.  She will exude an air of great practical trustworthiness and although there may be a tendency to be long-suffering, she may lack real heartfelt sympathy.  This combination signifies that she may be tight with money and know the practical value of everything, thus managing to be puritanical in a worldly-wise sort of way!

This is a lady of some stamina, and has proven herself careful in climbing the party ladder.  Her original adherence to Carl I Hagen and subsequent loyalty in maintaining policies showed wisdom.  But now she is able to flex her political muscle as she is now more firmly in power with an increased personal popularity rating.  Hagen is now less than happy when he clearly feels yesterday?s man with his failure to become Mayor of Oslo as well as failing to get the FrP?s nomination to be representative in the Norwegian Nobel Committee (and for this he appears to blame her).  Siv Jensen has been called the Norwegian Margaret Thatcher and appears to hold some similar political views, particularly the adherence to the market economy.  The FrP strikes a chord too with the American Tea Party movement - reflecting some of the strong feminine role models with powerfully simplistic oratory.

For much of its time, the FrP has not been a party that attracted cooperative deals with other parties, but under her leadership, the FrP has moved closer to conservatism, and a coalition with the Norwegian Conservative Party could result in a change of political leadership within the country in the future.
